We are expanding our vegan menu! This is a light vegan white chocolate mousse with a raspberry preserve and a vegan chocolate sponge. We have used coconut cream, soy milk, olive oil and agar-agar to set the cake. 

This cake is also gluten-free!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Soy milk, refined sugar, soy based whipping cream, cornflour, almond flour, agar agar, lemon, raspberry, olive oil.

SERVING DIRECTIONS

Leave outside for 1 hour before cutting so the cake softens.
