THE SHANTINIKETAN TABLE
Join the teams behind Miam Pâtisserie and Sienna Calcutta as they bring together a hearty mélange of Bengali cuisine and French pastry via a 5-course tasting menu. This collaborative effort is two-fold and it came together after Chef Bani's trip to Shantiniketan in December 2023. Her love for Bengali cuisine and the slow pastoral landscape inspired her to create a line of ceramic-ware and table linen with the Sienna team at their pottery studio in Bolpur. The menu also highlights the joint efforts between Chef Bani and Chef Auroni who are coincidently high school mates. Each dish translates their love for pastry classics, bajaar walks and hearty cooking with a sense of community.
